HONG KONG:
My first stop is Hong Kong and I am here to create a 7day tour, this will include an orientation of Hong Kong, a trip into Shenzhen (guided) and an introduction to shopping like you have never seen before. I will share with you the trial, tribulations and celebrations along the way as I make new friends and collaborations across cultures and around the world.
ITALY:
In Italy you will get up close and personal with the Italian way of life and experience the development of the 2011 Culinary Tour Program on the Amalfi Coast and in Tuscany.
