The culinary garden changes with the season, and you will be able to discover the annual and seasonal vegetables and herbs of Provence. Lunches are served under the arbour or in the beautiful dining room according to weather. Every evening is free. Our second cooking school opens its doors to fans of zebra tomatoes, lovers of real custard, to puff pastry novices, researchers into olive oil, aficionados of preserved lemon, and to all who think that cuisine has an effect on the behaviour of those for whom it is intended.

Day 2 Friday – 9.15 am – 12.00 Your first Cooking Class is presented by a woman chef of self made fame who has become a major figure of gastronomy in France -not to simply say a star ! Her cuisine is based on the family recipes of her mother in law, but she's not against a touch of modernisation. In any case you are in front of sheer talent. Followed by a delicious lunch and a basket filled with goodies from the delicatessen. Free afternoon. Dinner at Hotel
Day 3 Saturday – Free Day or choose from options, include even meal at Hotel
Options: 42 min drive to Aix en Provence from your Hotel,you will be met and personally guided

Day 4 Sunday – Day 7 Wednesday Breakfast and check out. Self drive to Provence-Alpes-Côte d Azur, a little paradise is boasting the nicest environment of Provence. The hanging village of La Cadière d'Azur is overlooking the hill chain of the Sainte Baume on one side and the Mediterranean on the other side. Check into Hotel at 4.00pm. You will be greeted with a welcome dinner at 8.00pm.
You will spend the next 4 days in group of max 12 people, learning the fine art of cuisine and good living in Provence. 4 hands-on lessons, purchases at teh local market, introduction to fragrances and flavours, visits to a local working oil mill, vineyards, herb picking. Breakfast and Lunches are provided each day and graduation.

More than 300 PostShop stores are accepting donations into a special New Zealand Red Cross Canterbury Earthquake Appeal Kiwibank account set up in response to the quake. New Zealand Post Group Chief Executive Brian Roche said the money would go directly to supporting the New Zealand Red Cross emergency relief operation.
