Day 1: Hanoi Arrival - Our tour guide will welcome you upon arrival at Noi Bai International airport and transfer to the city for hotel check-in. Relax and free time in hotel. Attend the Water Puppet Show, enjoy dinner. Overnight at Sunway Hotel - Situated in the heart of Hanoi city right in the old French quarter, The Sunway Hotel Hanoi is part romantic Vietnamese ambience and part ultra modern world’s business hotel, a haven of relaxation yet never far from important destinations.

Day 2: Cooking & Tours in Hanoi -Hoi an (B, L)
After breakfast at hotel, the tour guide will pick up you and transfer to a local Restaurant, we will join in the group with other clients to attend the cooking class with the fantastic local chief. Everyone rolls up their sleeves in the kitchen to prepare a proper Vietnamese meal. You will cook the dishes, the class lunch will be served in the Spices Garden Vietnamese Restaurant to sample all the different dishes prepared during the class. This afternoon you will discover Hanoi. We will visit to Temple of Literature, the first university of Vietnam. Wonder around Hoan Kiem lake then visit NgocsonTemple and enjoy one hour cycle trip around the trading area in Hanoi Old Quarter. Take the late flight to Danang. Arrival in Danang, we will transfer to Hoi An. Overnight in Hoi An Beach Resort is a four-star resort situated between the romantic De Vong river and famous Cua Dai Beach. It consists of luxurious old Vietnamese-style houses and villa rooms. It is recognized by travellers worldwide as "An oasis of peace where the river meets the ocean".

Day 3: Hoi An Cooking Tour (B/L)In the morning you will go to the market and learn how to buy typical Vietnamese ingredients for the cooking, then you will get on boat for a leisurely cruise 25 minutes along Hoi An River to the Cooking School – Red Bridge. In the class you will learn how to cook some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes which is the combination of Vietnam and Chinese cuisine. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – each dish is first demonstrated by the chief before you prepare the same dish yourselves. After all, sit down and enjoy exactly what you have cooked. Back to Hoi An town by boat. We have free time to walk to visit Hoian or go shopping. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 4: Hoi An – Departure (B)
After breakfast at hotel, free time until departure.
